Run, Bike, Swim

Ugh. For those of you who don’t know, I was a championship swimmer. I have participated in duathlons other quick races. Well, now I am going for a triathlon. Yep, the big ole run, bike, swim. Now, most people have a hard time with the swim, this is not the case for me. For me, it’s the bike.

Oh, the bike. Yes, that lovely two-wheeled machine. I used to enjoy my bike, but since we moved to Arlington, I have a real love/hate relationship with the bike. But, alas, I will in fact conquer it, because lt’s face it, what good am I as a triathlon swim coach if I can’t finish a sprint triathlon?

So along this lovely and arduous journey I will be sharing some tips and info along the way.
