Overall I’ve been satisfied with Netflix. However, one thing drives me nuts: when I’m asked to rate a video, I’m FORCED into a log-in screen. If I don’t log in, my “rating” from the initial window doesn’t take. Why PENALIZE us for giving a rating? Takes time, is frustrating — plus, there’s NO TEXT BOX within [Contact Us] to do what I’m doing here. I had to call, wait, explain my complaint to a person in god-knows- what-country who types it up, FWDs it hopefully to someone who then promptly deletes it. Out of sight, out of mind.
